Growth Marketing Manager - Remote | Full-Time
We Are Seeking a Strategic, Data-driven Marketer To Lead Digital Growth Initiatives And Elevate BIOLYTE’s Online Presence Across ECommerce Platforms And Performance Marketing Channels. This Person’s Primary Responsibilities Are As Follows:
This individual will report to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution of all digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility
Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop advanced digital strategies that enhance user experience and improve conversion rates
Oversee and optimize all digital channels, including drinkBIOLYTE.com, Amazon, Instacart, and retail media platforms
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Own performance marketing metrics and use data to drive revenue growth across all digital touchpoints
Manage and optimize budgets for key metrics like CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV
Provide strategic guidance on conversion rate optimization (CRO), site merchandising, and personalization tactics
Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities that support growth goals
Develop and execute retention and lifecycle marketing programs to increase customer loyalty and repeat purchase rates
Build and manage campaigns across email, SMS, and loyalty programs using tools like Klaviyo and Shopify
Collaborate with creative teams to produce assets and offers that drive retention and engagement
Stay current on industry trends to continuously evolve and enhance lifecycle marketing strategies
Qualifications
Traits: Self-starter, Analytical, Strategic, Creative, Resourceful, Insightful, Communicative, Attentive, Down-to-Earth, Team Player
3+ years of experience in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing
CPG/beverage experience a plus
Hands-on experience with paid social, paid search, email, and affiliate marketing
Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Supplier Central, Instacart Ads, etc.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
