In this role, reporting directly to the VP of Product Marketing, you’ll dive deep into understanding customer needs and market dynamics, shaping solution messaging and go-to-market strategies in close partnership with teams like Product Management, Program Management, Data Science, and field organizations across the globe.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll be hands-on with near-term product launches while also championing a long-term vision for our customers. Inspire belief in the product and ensure messaging resonates with customer executives and decision-makers.

Requirements:

At least 10 years’ work experience in product marketing, sales engineering, or product management, with at least 7 years in the area of online fraud detection and financial crimes.
Domain expertise in digital fraud, authentication and financial crimes is a must. Experience with device risk will be a plus.
Experience in customer facing roles in financial services dealing with large banks for retail fraud use cases is ideal.
Solid understanding of predictive model building using machine learning methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Multi-lingual proficiency would be a plus.
Self-motivated, quick learner
Demonstrate the ability to work well under time pressure, collaborate cross-functionally, with a level of curiosity and a sense of ownership.
Candidate must possess a positive attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
