Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the charge in driving user acquisition and the adoption of Binta’s innovative financial services. This is a key role where you will focus on rapidly scaling Binta’s reach, attracting new customers, and optimizing user engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, growth hacking, and data-driven decision-making, with a passion for fintech and helping newcomers succeed.
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will:
- Lead and execute Binta’s growth strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and design campaigns that increase product adoption.
- Develop and manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels, including SEO, paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and partnerships.
- Implement growth hacking techniques, A/B testing, and data analytics to optimize campaigns and ensure maximum ROI.
- Define and track key growth metrics, such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Monthly Active Users (MAU), and user retention.
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize the user onboarding process and drive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Lead referral and partnership programs to expand reach and enhance brand presence.
- Own and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously iterate to improve performance.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, community partners, and affiliates to drive brand awareness and user growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring Binta is always at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in growth marketing, user acquisition, and scaling digital products, preferably in the fintech or tech space.
- Strong background in data-driven marketing and optimization, with experience in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and other growth-hacking methodologies.
- Expertise in performance marketing channels, including paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience working with growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, MAU, and retention rates, with a proven track record of improving these metrics.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dive deep into data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and align teams around growth objectives.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
