Binta is building the world’s first Credit Migration & Mobility Platform, helping immigrants carry and activate their credit history across borders. We enable newcomers to build credit through rent reporting, international credit transfer, and financial tools that drive equity and resilience.
We’re looking for a bold and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to help recharge our brand, raise massive awareness, and scale our growth across North America and key immigrant markets like Nigeria, India, the Philippines, and LATAM countries.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Growth & Campaigns
- Lead full-funnel campaigns that increase awareness, drive conversions, and build community.
- Position Binta as the leading platform for credit migration, rent reporting, and immigrant financial empowerment.
Email Marketing
- Own all email campaigns: onboarding, newsletters, drips, promotions, re-engagement.
- Create segmented lists and workflows for both B2C (immigrants) and B2B (housing providers, orgs).
- Track performance and continuously optimize for open rate, CTR, and conversions.
Social Media
- Manage Binta’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Plan and execute a consistent content calendar featuring carousels, short videos, infographics, and founder insights.
- Engage with audiences, amplify user stories, and create viral, mission-aligned content.
SEO & Content
- Write and optimize blogs, landing pages, and lead magnets to improve search visibility.
- Implement SEO best practices and identify high-intent keywords for targeted growth.
Paid Ads & Analytics
- Launch and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Provide clear, actionable performance reports and recommendations.
Partnerships & Community
- Collaborate with community influencers, immigrant organizations, and partners on co-marketing initiatives.
- Build and promote challenges, campaigns, and referral initiatives like the “Credit Uprising.”
You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or growth.
- Are results-driven, creative, and fluent in both storytelling and analytics.
- Can write, design, launch, analyze, and scale campaigns end to end.
- Thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with minimal direction.
- Believe in equity, inclusion, and building tools that change lives.
