Product Manager - Crypto Structured Products & Earn

Responsibilities

• Own the Earn product line end-to-end, covering stablecoin yield and structured products across roadmap, strategy, and new product innovation
• Drive growth through data: track core metrics (TVL, APY, retention) and turn insights into actionable product improvements
• Research yield strategies (funding rate arb, options, etc.) and build new earn products from 0 to 1
• Lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, BD, Risk, and Legal to drive adoption and go-to-market

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or growth within the Crypto, DeFi, or fintech sectors
• Deep understanding of crypto trading, arbitrage, and yield strategies
• Proven ability and willingness to take full end-to-end ownership of an Earn product, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with a track record of driving complex projects to successful completion
• Strong user insight and innovative thinking, capable of translating user needs into impactful product features
• Fluent in Mandarin, with working-level English proficiency for effective cross-team and partner communication
