The Central Product Team at Binance is where innovation meets user experience. We're shaping the core platforms and services that support Binance’s global ecosystem, optimizing user interactions, and enhancing operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
• Draft, review, and optimize copy for product flows, user instructions, and in-app messaging to ensure clarity and user-friendliness.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark features, user experience, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to support product development and iteration.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on research findings and user insights.
• Support other product-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail and clarity in writing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret user feedback and market data.
• Basic understanding of product management concepts is a plus.
• Interest in cryptocurrency, fintech, or related industries is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
