About the Client

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer who will join to a project for our client in pharma industry.

What will you do:

Java Development: Design, implement, test, and maintain Java-based solutions supporting Open Source Compliance workflows.
SBOM & Compliance Automation: Build tools and scripts for automated Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) generation and support processes ensuring license compliance.
Inner Source & Open Source Engagement: Contribute to internal tooling initiatives and collaborate with the broader open source community to adopt best practices.
Quality & Documentation: Ensure code reliability through testing and maintain clear documentation of systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, suggest enhancements, and help evolve existing systems and development practices.

What we are looking for:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and object-oriented design principles; understanding of basic data modeling concepts.
Open Source Knowledge: Familiarity with open source licensing and compliance, with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving standards.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for working in cross-functional teams.
Tool Experience: Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
