About the Project

You will join an international Data & Analytics team working on advanced analytical initiatives across multiple business areas. The team leverages modern Data Science methodologies and technologies to extract insights from large and complex datasets, develop predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making.

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with curiosity, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset. You will have the opportunity to work on projects spanning areas such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, and advanced statistical analysis.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop Data Science and Machine Learning solutions addressing business challenges.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Build, validate, and optimize predictive and analytical models.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to data exploration, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Support the development of data pipelines and analytical workflows.
• Participate in Agile teams and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Share knowledge, ideas, and best practices with team members.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Degree in:
• Data Engineering,
• Computer Science,
• Statistics,
• Mathematics,
• Information Systems,or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Data Science.
• Hands-on experience delivering projects in at least one of the following areas:
• Computer Vision,
• Natural Language Processing (NLP),
• Predictive Modeling.
• Strong Python skills and experience working with:
• Python libraries for Data Science,
• Jupyter Notebook,
• VS Code.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Strong understanding of fundamental Data Science concepts, including:

• Train/Test datasets,
• Model validation,
• Overfitting,
• Classification,
• Clustering,
• Feature Engineering,
• Performance Evaluation.
• Practical experience building and deploying analytical solutions.
• Familiarity with technologies supporting data pipelines and software delivery, including:
• Git,
• Docker,
• Kubernetes,
• Bamboo,
• Ansible.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in highly regulated environments.
• Experience with cloud-based analytical platforms.
• Exposure to MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets.
• Knowledge of additional Machine Learning and AI frameworks.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
