Overview
Billee Technologies is reinventing the utility billing experience for multifamily property owners and managers, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help lead the discovery and building of better ways to work in this unique operational context. You’ll partner with team members across all points of the service map, to bring this complex, comprehensive system to life:
- Working with data engineers to mine the possibilities within the many data streams it takes to produce combined bills with both utility and property charges
- Documenting our library of billing exceptions and anomalies with our utility analysts
- Co-leading discovery and development of AI, ML and analytical interventions to improve billing speed and accuracy and spotlighting improvement opportunities
- Designing nuanced internal workflows that allow for efficiency and insight for our implementations and billing teams
- Crafting time-saving, informative experiences and UI for our onsite clients and regional managers to keep them focused on resident service instead of manual drudgery
We're looking for a design partner to help invent the future of intelligent utility management. You'll work at the intersection of complex data systems, AI-powered insights, and human-centered workflows - transforming how thousands of properties handle millions of utility bills. This isn't about making dashboards prettier; it's about designing the connective tissue between complex data systems and the humans who need to act on them.
