About the Role

We are looking for an AI-first Growth Marketing Executive who leverages modern AI tools to drive marketing efficiency, lead generation, and business growth. This is not a conventional marketing role—we're looking for someone who uses AI extensively across outbound campaigns, content creation, SEO, LinkedIn marketing, campaign optimization, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Performance Marketing, SEO, Outbound Marketing, Organic Growth, or GTM execution, while demonstrating advanced AI tool adoption in day-to-day marketing workflows. This emphasis on practical AI usage aligns with the hiring priorities discussed in your meeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute AI-powered outbound marketing campaigns.
• Build and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Drive organic growth through SEO strategies and content marketing.
• Develop AI-assisted marketing assets including emails, landing pages, blogs, ad copies, and social media content.
• Create marketing creatives using AI-powered design tools.
• Support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives for products and services.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI.
• Work closely with Sales and Business teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Experiment with new AI tools and automation workflows to improve marketing productivity.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or GTM.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered marketing tools such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Perplexity, Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, SurferSEO, SEMrush AI, Midjourney, Canva AI, HeyGen, or similar platforms to automate and optimize outreach, content creation, SEO, campaign management, lead generation, and creative design as part of day-to-day marketing activities.
• Experience working with IT Services, SaaS, B2B Product, or Technology companies.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and marketing funnels.
• Experience executing both paid and organic marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
