We’re Hiring: Client Success Manager (Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time)

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who thrives on keeping things organized, making clients happy, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across digital campaigns and CRM automations. If you’re great with people, tech-savvy, and love running the backend of a growing business—this is your role. What You’ll Do Client
Success & Communication
Be the main point of contact for assigned clients (mostly chiropractic offices)
Ensure follow-up systems and Facebook ads are working hand-in-hand
Check in regularly to update clients on lead performance and next steps
Coordinate with doctors and staff to make sure they’re responding to leads CRM & Ad System Oversight
Manage client setups and automation systems in GoHighLevel (GHL)
Troubleshoot lead flow, notification, and workflow issues
Spot trends in cost-per-lead, lead quality, and client behavior Virtual Assistant Management
Lead a small team of VAs, delegate tasks, and ensure completion
Maintain clear SOPs and communication to keep operations running smoothly
Track task lists, client deliverables, and recurring processes Reporting & Optimization
Summarize ad performance reports and CRM analytics
Flag issues early (e.g. client unresponsiveness, poor lead flow, etc.)
Identify growth opportunities and help clients capitalize on them What You Bring
Strong communication skills—friendly, proactive, and direct
Experience with CRMs (GHL, HubSpot, or similar) and Facebook Ads
Highly organized with the ability to manage projects across multiple clients
Leadership qualities—able to guide and hold VAs accountable
Comfortable with data, KPIs, and reporting tools Compensation
Base pay commensurate with experience (flexible starting part-time)
Commission based on client growth and retention (you grow with them)
