🎯 What you’ll be doing

• Launching and optimising performance marketing campaigns
• Driving acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Improving conversion rates across landing pages and funnels
• Analysing player journeys from click → signup → deposit
• Running retargeting and lifecycle campaigns
• Enhancing website and app experience
• Supporting campaigns, promos, VIP activations, and launches

• Strong background in digital performance marketing
