We’re Hiring: Behavioral Data Scientist (GCP & Web Analytics + Forecasting)
At BID Agency, we craft intelligent digital experiences for the hospitality industry. We’re looking for a Behavioral Data Scientist to help us turn complex user data into smarter, more personalized, and predictive web experiences.
About the Role
You’ll be working within a mature first-party data environment, including:
- Web analytics events (GA-like) tracked across websites and stored in Google BigQuery
- OpenReplay session recordings with detailed customer journey tracking
- Server-side logging data linked via session ID
- CRM and loyalty data from HubSpot and partner systems
Your Mission
We’re ready to level up — not only with real-time insights, but with true forecasting. Your job will be to:
- Build personalization logic for loyalty users
- Recommend and analyze A/B tests and UX/content optimizations
- Forecast click-through rates, conversions, user behavior patterns, ROI, and trends
- Design analytics pipelines for predictive user journey optimization
Tech Stack You’ll Work With
- Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Dataflow, Vertex AI)
- OpenReplay, CRM and loyalty APIs
- Python or R for modeling, forecasting, and visualization
Who You Are
- Experienced in behavioral analytics, data modeling, and forecasting
- Advanced SQL skills (BigQuery) and proficient in Python or R
- Comfortable working with session-level and multi-source datasets
- Able to translate data into product and UX decisions
- Bonus: Experience in hospitality, personalization engines, or recommender systems
Big Bonus:
Strong interest in working with Google’s new TimesFM-ICF model for advanced time-series forecasting across marketing KPIs (clicks, conversions, ROI) and user behavior trends.
