As we continue to grow our presence in the luxury travel market, we are looking for a seasoned, data-driven, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute our digital marketing strategy—with a focus on lead generation and hands-on execution across content, design, and campaigns.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving high-quality lead generation through the strategic execution of all digital marketing efforts. This role demands deep expertise in paid advertising, conversion-focused landing pages, performance analytics, SEO, and CRM-integrated campaigns. You will manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms based on KPIs, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with the sales funnel. In addition, you will execute day-to-day marketing tasks that support brand awareness, including digital ads, content creation, and website updates. This position combines performance marketing skills with strong creative execution across channels.
Accountabilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize full-funnel digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels to achieve qualified lead generation goals, improve lead quality, and maximize ROI.
- Marketing Automation Execution: Implement email campaigns, retargeting, and automated workflows in ActiveCampaign to nurture leads, ensure accurate CRM data integration, and enable effective tracking for conversion optimization.
- Creative Asset Production: Design and produce brand-aligned marketing materials (e.g., brochures, digital ads, product images, videos, presentation decks) to elevate brand perception and drive audience engagement.
- Website & SEO Management: Create website content such as landing pages and product listings while supporting keyword research and SEO enhancements across the company website and partner platforms to improve search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish content on social media, engage with audiences, and produce short-form video content to support organic growth, strengthen brand presence, and increase follower engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM dashboards to build weekly reports; analyze performance data to inform campaign strategy and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Success Metrics (KPIs):
- Achieve 100% of weekly qualified lead generation goals.
- Maintain or reduce cost-per-lead benchmarks across paid channels.
- Reach defined weekly engagement growth targets across social media.
- Complete all marketing deliverables and campaign assets on time.
- Submit campaign reports and insights by assigned deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make adjustments based on KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Content Manager and Business Development Manager on coordinated campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative and digital assets.
- Manage and utilize BTSQ’s image library for polished, on-brand visuals.
- Support special projects such as trade shows, partnership promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay up to date with luxury travel trends, platform changes, and digital marketing best practices.
- Operate independently in a remote environment while communicating regularly with the marketing team.
- Assist with cross-functional collaboration to align digital efforts with broader business goals.
- Be adaptable and open to taking on new assignments as business needs evolve.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a mix of creative and performance-based work and a proven track record of generating qualified leads.
- Demonstrated success managing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Proficiency in WordPress and landing page builders (e.g., Elementor or similar).
- Solid understanding of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush or similar), SEO best practices, and analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, UTM, Meta Pixel).
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.), as well as email marketing and marketing automation.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro preferred).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
- Strong visual and editorial design skills, with an eye for brand cohesion.
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in a remote work environment.
- Passion for luxury travel, storytelling, and hospitality is a plus.
