Compensation (Post‑Pre‑Seed):
- Cash: AUD 54 000 / year ~ 29L INR / year
- Equity: 10 % ESOP (initial grant, vesting over 4 years with 1 year cliff)
Pre‑Seed Period (until mid‑May):
- Compensation in equity only (10 % ESOP; same vesting terms).
About the Role
We’re looking for a data‑driven Growth & Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and community engagement as we prepare to launch our pre‑seed MVP. You’ll craft and execute multi‑channel campaigns and build the funnel that takes Beyond Swipes from zero to initial traction.
Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads).
- Develop content, social media, email sequences, and partnerships to build brand buzz.
- Establish and grow our community on Discord, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Analyze acquisition funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and iterate quickly.
- Work with product and design on onboarding flows, in‑app engagement, and retention hooks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in growth or performance marketing, preferably at consumer‑facing startups.
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel).
- Strong copywriting and creative sense for ads, landing pages, and social content.
- Comfort with A/B testing, data analysis, and rapid experimentation.
- Experience building engaged online communities is a plus.
- Excellent project management and remote‑collaboration skills.
