Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Senior Full Stack Engineer to our growing Engineering team. Reporting to the Manager of Engineering, you will have the opportunity to build the next evolution of our SaaS-based product as well as work on new products. Because you will be working with a successful team that is completely remote, excellent coding and communication skills are key. As our Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with your peers from Product, Design, and Engineering on a cross-functional, outcome-based team to craft and deliver on OKRs.
• Driving product impact by deeply understanding user needs, participating in product discovery, and ensuring what we build solves meaningful problems.
• Helping lead your team through large projects with autonomy, continuously assessing and communicating progress, adapting to feedback, and iterating on solutions.
• Contributing to architectural decisions while evaluating trade-offs across time to market, quality, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Supporting and improving existing products and codebases with a sense of ownership and care.
• Proactively applying modern tools and practices, including LLMs and agent-based systems, to accelerate your own development work (e.g., code generation, test scaffolding, data extraction) and to creatively integrate AI into the customer-facing products you help build.
• Championing and improving Beyond's engineering practices—including refactoring, pairing, code reviews, collective code ownership, containers, IaC, CI/CD, and observability.

Now that we've told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

• 5+ years of experience building services in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
• Located in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Latvia, Hungary
• Expertise in React, Python, Django, SQL, and Postgres.
• A strong product mindset, thinking beyond implementation to user experience, business impact, and continuous learning.
• A forward-looking approach to engineering, with fluency using LLMs and developer agents as coding accelerators, design aides, and debugging companions.
• Curiosity and creativity in exploring how AI and agentic systems can be embedded in the product experience to improve customer outcomes.
• A bias for action in fast-paced environments, with a focus on shipping value quickly while maintaining high technical standards.
