Job Overview and Requirments:
Role:
As a Marketing Strategist, you will be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate marketing strategies with data-driven insights, proven best practices, and a deep understanding of platform capabilities. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing multiple marketing campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, analyzing performance data to drive improvements, and leading client meetings to share updates, gather feedback, and strategize for success.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Run, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Portfolio Management: Manage more than 15 concurrent campaigns, ensuring their alignment with client objectives and industry best practices. Document and maintain account records, meeting notes, and strategic plans to ensure transparency and continuity.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Client Interaction and strong client relationships: Conduct regular client meetings to present campaign updates, optimizations, and areas for improvement while addressing feedback. Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact, understanding client goals and challenges.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members to align efforts, share insights, and maintain consistent communication.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track campaign performance, manage client relationships, and streamline workflows.
- Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and projects. Guarantee project milestones align with strategic goals and are executed within established timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
-3+ years in a direct-response marketing strategy, account management, or consulting role.
-Proven success in creating and optimizing lead-generation Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
-Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain a large portfolio of marketing campaigns.
-Familiarity with analyzing marketing data and translating it into measurable results.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms, data analysis tools, and marketing automation software.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, performance metrics, and industry trends.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities; strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience running campaigns for mental health companies or in the psychedelic space.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and processes.
- Knowledge of platforms like GoHighLevel and Monday.com.
