Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Visual Designer at Beyond Labs. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer with expertise across Visual Design, UI Design, and Graphic Design. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, an eye for visually compelling experiences, and an interest in AI-powered design workflows.

The Visual Designer will be responsible for creating and enhancing visual assets, establishing branding guidelines, and designing compelling graphics for digital experiences. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conceptualizing and creating visual content across web and mobile platforms, and delivering high-quality designs aligned with project goals and brand identity.

Candidates should be comfortable working during US working hours (IST): approximately 2:00–4:00 PM onwards up to 11:00–12:00 AM to enable collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual assets across digital and print platforms
• Establish and maintain branding guidelines and visual consistency
• Design compelling graphics and user experiences for web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on creative initiatives
• Translate concepts into polished, user-friendly visual experiences
• Deliver high-quality designs aligned with business and brand objectives

Qualifications

• Expertise in Visual Design and Graphic Design to create engaging visual assets
• Strong understanding of Branding and the ability to develop cohesive brand styles and guidelines
• Proficiency in designing graphics across multiple formats, including digital and print
• Experience in Web Design with a focus on user-centered design principles
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or equivalent platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and motion design is a plus
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus
