A fast-growing startup created by successful beverage entrepreneurs is looking for a Director of Marketing to develop and execute our marketing strategy as our brand grows across multiple states.
Founded in the Fall of 2020, the Beverage Ranch was created to develop, grow and sell the next generation of ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages. Our new concept is focused on the high-alcohol single-serve opportunity primarily found in convenience and grocery market.
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing, executing and managing all marketing activities to ensure our brand grows quickly, consistently and maintains a strong presence in our target markets.

Role & Responsibilities:
· This person reports to the founders
· Responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy
· Manage relationships with external marketing partners, including vendors, agencies, brand ambassadors and social media managers as needed
· Track the success of marketing initiatives and gather data to monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and promotional efforts
· Prepare reporting dashboard with key metrics and routinely report to management
· Manage marketing spend to a budget
· Create and execute content strategy for social media
· Develop and execute influencer marketing programs
· Create and manage digital advertising plans with 3rd party aggregators and directly with TikTok and Instagram
· Assist with celebrity endorsements
· Develop key brand partnerships with on-trend brands and influencers to drive awareness
· Stay abreast of market competitors and assist in new product development
Ideal Candidate Characteristics:
· College Degree plus 6+ years of increasing responsibility in successive marketing roles in the alcoholic beverage or consumer products industry or 8+ years of marketing experience
· Self-starter who can work independently and take direction well
· Able to work in a flexible start-up environment where processes may not yet be defined
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Ability to build and manage a budget
· Understanding of key marketing principles and tools
· Demonstrated experience building a social media strategy, voice and content development strategy
· Deep experience with all things social including building an influencer program and developing brand partners
· Experience managing and negotiating with external partners and vendors
· Self-motivated and able to work in a flexible start-up environment
· Ability to effectively work remotely
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as necessary
· Ability to lift up to 25lbs regularly
