Lead Product Designer

BettingJobs is working with an iGaming operator who are looking for a Lead Product Designer / Head of Product Design to join their team based remotely in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead UX/UI design direction across web and mobile platforms
• Drive data-informed product decisions (funnels, LTV, retention, conversion)
• Build and manage a high-performing design and product team
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and compliance teams
• Optimize player journeys: onboarding, payments, gameplay, loyalty, VIP
• Introduce innovative mechanics (gamification, social features, crypto integrations)
• Benchmark against top iGaming competitors and continuously raise the bar

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head of Product, Lead Product Designer, or similar senior role in iGaming
• MUST have worked with tier-1 brands/operators in the space
• (sweepstakes casinos and/or crypto casinos strongly preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-converting UX/UI in gaming or betting products
• Deep understanding of:
• Player psychology & behavioral design
• Monetization strategies (FTD, ARPU, VIP systems)
• Payments, KYC, and regulatory constraints
• Experience with crypto ecosystems / Web3 integrations is a major plus
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience launching or scaling sweepstakes platforms
• Familiarity with provably fair systems / blockchain gaming
• Background in growth product or performance-driven design
