BettingJobs is working with a well established iGaming operator seeking to expand their marketing team with the addition of a Head of Marketing Campaigns.
This role is based in the San Jose Costa Rica office. Relocation Support can be provided.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Marketing Campaigns, you'll lead our vibrant campaign team, shaping and executing comprehensive, 360-degree marketing strategies that captivate players, drive acquisition, and boost engagement across all verticals and channels. This role requires a strategic mind, creative flair, analytical prowess, deep cultural understanding, and excellent project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the annual campaign calendar, aligning marketing activities across sports, casino, lottery, and horse racing.
- Creative Leadership: Champion creativity, ensuring campaign ideas are innovative, fresh, and culturally relevant to our US audience.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance metrics, extracting actionable insights to continuously enhance effectiveness and ROI.
- Cultural Awareness: Leverage awareness of key US cultural events, sports seasons, holidays, and trending moments to inform timely and impactful campaigns.
- Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing marketing campaigns team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Brief internal creative, content, CRM, social, affiliate, and digital teams clearly and effectively, ensuring alignment on campaign objectives.
- Asset Management: Oversee the development, production, and distribution of marketing assets, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Campaign Execution: Ensure timely, flawless delivery and implementation of campaigns, from planning through to evaluation.
Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience (6+ years) in managing marketing campaigns, ideally within gaming, sports betting, or high-paced digital consumer brands.
- Strong track record in delivering impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and creativity with a passion for innovation.
- Deep understanding of the US market, cultural nuances, and key seasonal events.
- Highly analytical, able to interpret data to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, adept at motivating teams and managing stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.

- No remote work, must be office based in San Jose Costa Rica.
