Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the CRM Director, you will manage the CRM and Marketing Technology development roadmap along with the ongoing management of the systems to achieve the overarching CRM objectives strategy.
You will collaborate with Data, Technology, Product, and broader marketing teams to develop and deploy an integrated technology stack that delivers personalized messaging at scale.
Lead and build a team of marketing technology specialists to execute all necessary integrations, templates, and processes required for delivering lifecycle programs and ad hoc
Collaborate on several key technology projects to design a cohesive and integrated customer experience across multiple channels and products.
Stay informed about emerging trends in the marketing technology landscape and suggest new initiatives.

Job Requirements

Over 5 years of experience managing multi-channel, mobile-first marketing technology and CRM automation systems, with a focus on managing and developing a team.
Must have substantial experience with both enterprise and mid-range CRM systems. Xtreme Push experience is preferred; however, experience with major CRM tools such as Adobe, Braze, Optimove, Iterable, or Salesforce is essential.
Experience working with data management platforms, such as data warehouses, Azure, Amazon AWS, and CDPs, is a must. A high degree of expertise in SQL and other data management language practices is also required.
Experience working with personalization technologies such as Movable Ink and Taxi4Email is preferred. A working understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java is needed.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to analyze and interpret data for informed decision-making. Familiarity with analytical and BI systems is preferred
Fully proficient in written and verbal English.
Can relocate to San Jose (Full time)
