BettingJobs is working with a fast-growing iGaming operator looking to hire a Head of Design to lead and elevate their creative function across multiple brands and platforms.
This is a senior leadership role for someone with a strong background in brand, graphic, and digital design within iGaming, betting, gaming, or entertainment-led brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall creative vision and brand identity across all channels
- Oversee all creative output across web, mobile, CRM, social, campaigns, VIP, and acquisition channels
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and creatives
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, CRM, and development teams to deliver engaging player experiences
- Drive creative innovation across promotions, gamification, loyalty, and retention initiatives
- Use performance and player behaviour data to optimise creative and conversion journeys
- Benchmark against leading iGaming and entertainment brands to continuously raise creative standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head of Design, Creative Director, Head of Brand Design, or similar senior creative role within iGaming or betting
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, digital campaigns, UI/visual design, and performance-focused creative
- Strong understanding of player psychology, acquisition and retention creative, loyalty systems, and gamification
- Experience managing creative/design teams in fast-paced environments
- Experience within sweepstakes casinos, sportsbook, or crypto casino brands is highly desirable
- Familiarity with crypto/Web3 ecosystems is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
