BettingJobs are working with a service provider operating multiple online casino brands in Asian markets looking to launch a new crypto casino who are looking for a Brand Manager to join their team based remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the brand's voice, values, and visual identity for global and local markets.
- Build and maintain brand guidelines across all platforms (site, app, social, affiliates, etc.).
- Lead creative direction for marketing campaigns, promos, and partnerships.
- Oversee production of high-performing copy, visuals, and localised campaigns (with support from designers and writers).
- Launch thematic casino/sports events around global moments (World Cup, crypto trends, etc.).
- Adapt brand tone and campaigns for key markets (e.g., SEA, LATAM, India, Eastern Europe).
- Partner with regional teams and affiliates to drive cultural relevance.
- Use data and user behaviour) to fine-tune messaging and content.
- Run A/B tests to iterate on what sticks — homepage banners, CTA tones, push alerts, etc.
- Work with product, UX, marketing, and community teams to ensure brand alignment across player journey (from sign-up to payout).
- Partner with influencers, KOLs, and streamers to create on-brand campaigns.
Requirements:
- 4–7 year’s experience in brand, marketing, or product roles in iGaming, crypto, or tech consumer apps.
- Strong understanding of crypto culture, betting audience, and Web3 communities.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and evolve a brand’s voice and tone across global audiences.
- Experience in managing creative teams and external vendors (agencies, freelancers, etc.).
- Familiarity with iGaming marketing KPIs: CAC, ARPU, retention, bonus effectiveness.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Figma (for collaboration).
- Vietnamese language and market experience needed.
- Bonus: Experience with on-chain gaming, NFTs, loyalty tokens, or casino streamer partnerships.
