About the Role:
This unique role blends your passion for digital marketing with your talent for candidate sourcing. You will be instrumental in supporting our recruitment team by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract top-tier talent through social media and other platforms. Your focus will be on building a strong employer brand and proactively identifying potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. While this role does not involve managing the full recruitment lifecycle, your contributions will be crucial in driving candidate engagement and awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies across various online platforms.
- Design and publish creative content (graphics, posts, videos) for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, tailored to attract potential candidates.
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various online channels and databases to build a strong talent pipeline for recruiters.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted sourcing and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of job posts and marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data related to sourcing efforts and marketing campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or digital content creation, with a focus on social media campaigns.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment marketing.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience managing social media campaigns for talent attraction and employer branding.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- A professional portfolio showcasing marketing or recruitment-related work.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and creative thinker.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing and candidate management.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Video editing or motion graphic design skills.
