Product Marketing Manager

Reports To: Head of Product

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-Time/Exempt

Compensation: $100k – $120k

BetterRX is a growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company in the healthcare industry on a mission to end needless suffering caused by medication delays. We do this by creating innovative software that connects every member of the patient’s care team—ensuring Better Care. Lower Cost.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to bring our products to life in the hearts and minds of our customers. This is a high-impact role focused on transforming deeply technical solutions into compelling, human stories that resonate with clinicians, executives, and partners. You’ll define positioning, equip our sales team, orchestrate launches, and partner cross-functionally to ensure that what we build gets adopted and delivers meaningful outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

You're a storyteller, orchestrator, and enabler who is driven to make products succeed not just by building the right things, but by ensuring the world knows why they matter. You see the big picture but aren't afraid to write the one-pager, lead the sales training, or run the GTM kickoff.

You love translating user insight into strategic messaging. You sweat the details because the difference between “we help hospices save on medication costs” and “we reduce cost-per-patient-day by 17% in the first 90 days” matters to you. You’re ready to help us scale without losing focus on what makes BetterRX special: our people, our mission, and the patients we serve.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategic Positioning & Product Readiness
  • Craft positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with key personas
  • Partner with Product to translate discovery insights into launch narratives and market-ready messaging
  • Lead GTM planning and execution for new features and product initiatives
  • Develop naming, packaging, and storytelling strategies that clarify and differentiate
  • Sales & Partnership Enablement
  • Build sales tools including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection-handling guides
  • Create partner enablement kits that make co-marketing fast and effective
  • Deliver internal sales trainings and support onboarding with repeatable messaging
  • Cross-Functional GTM Orchestration
  • Act as the connective tissue between product, marketing, CX, and sales
  • Ensure internal alignment through GTM briefs, messaging syncs, and feedback loops
  • Collaborate with Marketing to launch persona-informed campaigns

Skill Requirements

  • 4–7 years in product marketing, GTM strategy, or sales enablement ideally in SaaS or B2B healthcare tech
  • Proven ability to craft compelling messaging from user and market insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Comfort in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare

Other Requirements

  • Ability to work 100% remote
  • Ability to travel for internal company summits (twice annually) and product summits (twice annually)
