We aren't looking for a traditional manager who just oversees agencies. We need a “Master Executor”—a quick-start marketer who takes the strategy and flawlessly brings it to life. You must have an AI Mentality: a passion for leveraging AI to automate your workflows, amplify your creative output, and work smarter than the competition.
You will play a key role in translating the value of Streamline (www.streamline-sped.com) into compelling, engaging messaging while ensuring smooth execution across multiple channels. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with strong project management skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. You will drive lead generation relentlessly based on your direct experience in email marketing, social media, SEO, and sales enablement for enterprise SaaS companies.
What You’ll Do
- HubSpot Mastery: Own the entire ecosystem. You will build, manage, and optimize emails, workflows, landing pages, asset libraries, and list segmentation.
- Lead Generation & Funnel Growth: Drive top-of-funnel leads through aggressive multi-channel campaigns. You won’t just "launch" a campaign; you’ll nurture it until it converts.
- Creative Content Engine: Rapidly generate high-quality copy and design assets using Canva and AI writing tools to grow our brand awareness and engage our ideal customers in education.
- Outcome-Driven Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on KPIs. You don’t just hit goals; you find creative ways to exceed them.
- B2B Strategy Execution: Translate complex software value into simple, compelling messaging that resonates with special education administrators and school district leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- AI-First Workflow: You already use AI tools to automate tasks and boost your productivity. You are constantly hunting for the next tool to make your work 10x more impactful.
- HubSpot Expert: Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub. You know how to build a high-converting landing page and a complex nurture sequence in your sleep.
- Master Executor: You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for a manual. You see a challenge, propose a solution, and execute it immediately.
- Creative Hybrid: You have a "good eye" for design in Canva and a "way with words" for copywriting.
- Enterprise B2B SaaS Experience: 3-5 years in marketing, specifically driving leads for software products (EdTech experience is a major plus).
- Strong Project Manager: You can juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines while focused on deliverables..

How will your success be measured?
