Head of Performance Marketing

As part of this growth, they are seeking an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to drive digital acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies across Paid Media (PPC, Paid Social, Display), Affiliates, Influencer Marketing, and SEO.
- Manage large budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximise ROI.
- Ensure a seamless and data-driven approach across digital and physical channels to maximise customer engagement and conversion and lead performance reporting, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with brand, creative, and data teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Continuously test and refine new acquisition channels, aligning campaigns with broader brand strategy.
- Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop and integrate performance marketing strategies across all customer touchpoints, including online, in-store, mobile, and social.
- Work closely with CRM, eCommerce, and retail teams to align acquisition efforts with broader omnichannel objectives.
