As Head of Marketing, you will be working in a fast pace B2B business environment and will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market plan for our products and services.
A central focus of the role is to strengthen the relationship with our customer’s and boost revenue growth through gaining insight into our customer’s needs and experiences. Analysis of data, surveys, and customer interviews will be part of this mix and you need to be well acquainted with these techniques.
Owning the entire Product Marketing lifecycle: market analysis, development of the marketing strategy, promotion planning and execution, and retrospect effectiveness. This is a cross-functional role - you will collaborate with multiple teams across the business, often including Account Management, Marketing/Affiliate, Product and/or Development teams. To ensure success it is a must to have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. We expect you to be ready to roll up your sleeves and be very hands on.
• In collaboration with the Product team while managing the Marketing team you will help develop and execute the go-to-market plan and product messaging for new product or service releases.
• Responsible for the planning, execution and measurement of B2B digital marketing campaigns & promotions.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, allocating funds strategically • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Guide the Marketing manager and team and coordinate Social media and PR representation.
• Primary stakeholder for our network promotions and tournament, including collaboration with cross functional teams to build tournament functionality and B2B promotions.
• Responsible for the planning, execution and measurement of marketing events/activations/conferences.
• Oversee of all activities across paid search, social and display media. This entails the planning, execution and management of company website, as well as digital/print/email marketing Media campaigns with the objective of driving brand awareness.
• Plan and participate in the release process of new products and coordinate the creation of associated product marketing materials and deliverables.
• Coordinate promotion execution and generate strong momentum ahead of new product releases. Retrospect the effectiveness for improvements.
• Take part in presentations, which may include internal and external audiences.
• Obtain insights into customer usage of current products and untapped opportunities through interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.
• Obtain insights in the performance of current products, collect data for analysis and discover opportunities.
• Collaborate and communicate with cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of product releases and/or marketing plan.
• Provide data driven reporting to executive and senior management

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
• Must have 5+ years of experiences related to product marketing in the online gaming industry ideally from a provider.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills (in English).
• Proven history of creating effective marketing programs
• Thorough understanding of online casino games and product.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs including web browsers, IM chat software (Teams, Telegram, Slack etc), MS Office suite, and project management tools (such as Jira, Asana, Monday, etc).
• Candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate feedback from client / prospects on product enhancements as appropriate and work with sales, marketing and product teams to support product roadmap activities.
• Ability to work independently, to plan, coordinate and implement assigned projects and maintain records of these activities and projects.
