Job Description:

We are seeking an Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to support and drive the Value Stream/Project/Scrum/Kanban teams work. This role requires strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Jira, SolMan, and SAP program management to ensure data integrity, progress visibility, and seamless project delivery.

The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, driving effective delivery, ensuring project alignment with SAP best practices, resolving impediments, and facilitating Agile events. Additionally, the candidate will support the phased delivery approach (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) while ensuring smooth team operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Data Integrity: Support the Value Stream/Scrum/Kanban teams to ensure data accuracy in Jira and SolMan, minimizing data cleanup.
• Drive Ownership: Encourage teams to take complete ownership of Jira Stories, Subtasks, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items.
• Align with Global Template: Support the team in aligning with the Medical SAP Program’s Global Template, reducing customization and adhering to SAP best practices.
• Conflict Resolution: Facilitate conflict resolution within and between teams to foster smooth project operations.
• Project Management Support: Execute project management practices like RAID management, resource management, and progress tracking to meet SAP Program Management expectations.
• Delivery Efficiency: Continuously drive the team towards effective delivery methods within the program’s delivery structure.
• Agile Cadence: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by guiding and coaching teams to improve Agile practices, events, and delivery mechanisms.
• Facilitate Agile Events: Organize and lead Agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Program Increment Planning (PI).
• Remove Impediments: Actively work to remove roadblocks and enable teams to deliver efficiently.
• Protect Team Bandwidth: Prevent over-commitment, scope creep, and external distractions during sprint execution.
• Progress Visibility: Drive clear progress visibility using Jira, ensuring accurate data reporting.
• Agile Mindset Development: Strengthen the team’s Agile mindset through coaching and mentoring.
• Phased Delivery Approach: Align team delivery according to the Client phased approach (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) ensuring maximum delivery effectiveness.
• Timely Reporting: Ensure the team diligently and timely reports their work in Planview to support overall SAP Program tracking.
• Support Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and the overall SAP Program.
