The Role
We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to join a growing team. Industry experience is preferred, but if you're someone with experience in apps or any other user heavy industry, this might be a match!
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for all device types, while focusing on mobile-first designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring concepts to life.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, data insights, and stakeholder input.
- Work with Graphic Designers to align on onsite assets.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices in the iGaming industry.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design roles with a strong portfolio
- Industry experience in iGaming, Fintech, Crypto with a strong focus on user-heavy applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Experience with JIRA for project and task management.
- Basic understanding of animations for enhancing user interactions.
- Ability to work autonomously with a solution-driven and creative approach
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Nice to have:
- Basic graphic design skills to create quick assets such as banners, icons, or social media visuals when needed
- Ability to animate designs into simple GIFs or short motion graphics (e.g. for campaign assets, onboarding flows, or UI previews)
- Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects (or equivalents like Figma plugins, Canva, Lottie)
