Graphic & Marketing Design Lead

Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office) or Remote in EU/Asia

Reporting to: Head of Product

The Role

We are seeking a Graphic & Marketing Design Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the visual direction of our brands and marketing efforts. You’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with top talent worldwide, and make a real impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of compelling design assets for digital, social, and promotional campaigns.
• Refine and evolve brand visual identity across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align design with business goals.
• Provide creative direction and hands-on support from concept to execution.
• Mentor and guide the design team to foster creativity and high-quality output.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines for consistent brand presence.
• Stay current with design trends and innovations.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in graphic and marketing design, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in the iGaming industry.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven portfolio of original, engaging design work.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Strong branding knowledge and visual storytelling ability.
• Organisational and project management excellence.
