Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Fashion Apparel Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth and expand our client base across Europe. This role is crucial in developing and executing sales strategies, fostering new client relationships, and implementing innovative marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets and increase market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fashion apparel sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of the European market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue across Europe.
- Identify new business opportunities, cultivate leads, and build strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations to strengthen partnerships and drive business growth.
Marketing Campaign Management:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize strategies and initiatives that resonate with European consumers and retail channels.
Market Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape in the fashion apparel industry.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies, optimize product offerings, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Budget Management and Performance Reporting:
- Develop and manage budgets ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and campaign metrics, to senior management.
Market & Business Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity across Europe
- Provide actionable feedback to guide product design, pricing, and positioning strategies.
- Work with internal stakeholders to align supply chain, logistics, and production with customer demand and deadlines.
Reporting & KPIs:
- Deliver monthly sales reports, forecasts, and customer insights to the senior management team.
- Meet quarterly targets for new account acquisition, sales growth, and margin contribution.
Key Objectives:
Retailer Acquisition & Sales Growth
- Secure at least 2 new retail accounts in Europe within the first 6–9 months.
- Drive YoY sales growth of 50%+ in key markets through strategic outreach and tailored collections.
Market Positioning & Brand Value
- Position the company as a preferred sourcing partner for trend-forward, commercially viable fashion products.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across fashion retail chains, boutiques, and e-commerce platforms.
Operational Excellence
- Achieve >95% on-time delivery and product compliance through strong coordination with suppliers.
- Implement a digital sales and design presentation strategy (e.g., line sheets, 3D samples) to enhance speed and conversion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
- 10 years of experience in fashion apparel sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding client base.
- Strong understanding of the European fashion market, retail landscape, and consumer behavior trends.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Experience in managing retail accounts, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term client relationships.
