Leading audiobook company is seeking a strategic, organized, and data-driven Title Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of title marketing initiatives that drive consumer engagement, support customer acquisition and retention, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to overall business objectives across its portfolio of brands.
The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of analytical capability and marketing execution expertise, with demonstrated experience in content strategy, integrated campaign development, and project management. They will be adept at managing complex, multi-channel campaigns from planning through performance reporting, with a keen ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of title marketing campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across brands to ensure campaign alignment, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign progress, troubleshoot issues, and adapt plans to meet evolving priorities and goals.
- Export, organize, and filter large datasets to support campaign targeting and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Deliver regular performance updates with insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with the IT department to put scalable processes in place that support growth and operational excellence.
- Contribute proactive ideas to enhance campaign setup, delivery speed, and reporting accuracy.
- Facilitate smooth cross-departmental workflows and maintain clear, proactive communication.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in title marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations in publishing.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data filtering, large data set management).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success coordinating across teams and managing full campaign lifecycles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and process optimization.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and project management platforms is a plus.
