✨ What you’ll do:

• Design and optimize automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot)
• Partner with our country level marketing & sales teams to streamline lead nurturing, scoring, and engagement
• Keep Salesforce CRM humming with clean integrations, smart attribution, and efficient workflows
• Manage landing pages, form handlers, templates, and automations with scalability in mind
• Analyze funnel performance (MQL → SQL → Closed Won) and bring fresh ideas for optimization
• Train and empower regional teams so they can leverage automation to its fullest

💡 What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot)
• Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge (Admin certification = not necessary, but a big plus!)
• Proven track record in building and scaling automated lead journeys and lifecycle campaigns
• Data-driven problem solver who thrives in a global, cross-functional environment
• Excellent communicator, project manager, and collaborator across time zones
