General Description

The Marketing Director France leads the marketing function responsible for developing and executing commercialization strategies that support the commercial success of BeiGene’s products in France. The Marketing Director collaborates closely with local cross-functional leaders, including Pharmaceutical Affairs, Market Access, Sales and Medical Affairs, as well as internal contacts.

The Marketing Director France will be a member in the Leadership team for the cluster and excels both in internal and external focus, team management and customers engagement.

Essential Functions Of The Job

• Lead the development of marketing strategies and the execution of tactical plans to support commercialization of BeiGene Products in France,
• Oversee all marketing strategies and plans in collaboration with BeiGene's Global teams to ensure market leadership in France,
• Develop and deliver market data/information that continuously feeds sales strategies, tactics and forecasts, and identify challenges, opportunities and anticipate trends,
• Localize and implement strategy using a variety of tools and tactics, including digital health integration.
• Ensure strategic alignment of tactics, messages, documents and communication materials
• Responsible for sales forecasts
• Responsible for marketing OPEX
• Represent France at Global and Region levels,
• Partner with Sales, Market Access and Medical Affairs to ensure alignment of BeiGene’s overall strategy,
• Partner with the field force to understand their resource gaps and opportunities through building strong relationships,
• Build strong partnerships with external vendors and stakeholders.
• Growth of current brand and prepare future launches in dedicated therapeutic areas in collaboration with cross-functions locally and at global level,
• Contribute to business analytics, data and forecasting with an active contribution with business analytics function
• Coach and develop a team of marketing and event managers,
• Participate in conferences
• Participate in competitive intelligence
• Demonstrate marketing thought leadership and represent BeiGene at key meetings, functions, and conferences, etc.

Education Required

• Undergraduate degree required, MBA and/or post graduate preferred.
• At least 10-15 years of industry experience in a similar role.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• 5 Direct reports

Computer Skills: PC, including MS Office Suite

Travel: 30-35%
