To support our aggressive growth agenda, we are looking for a strategic, well-organized and hands-on Head of Sales and Marketing. This role will report into the CEO, and work directly with the senior leadership team. Bento is working 100% in the Cloud from dispersed locations, so you will be able to and must be comfortable with working remotely, with occasional in-person meetings.
About the Role
In order to drive our organic growth, Bento is seeking a Head of Marketing and Sales. This role will suit a rising leader 1-4 years out of college that enjoys wearing many hats, and is able to both think strategically and “roll up the sleeves” to “get stuff done”.
As per the below, this role asks for and supports “horizontal growth” as it will cover various aspects of scaling our business. From Day 1, we offer a competitive base salary plus equity participation, as well as attractive healthcare and other benefits for employees and their families.
In This Role, You Will:
o Maintain our Website (using WordPress)
o Structure and maintain our CRM
o Develop and field outbound marketing campaigns (e.g., social media)
·2) Sales:
o Identify and pursue target companies via multiple channels
o Develop and field outbound sales campaigns (e.g., email / call sequences)
o Support customers through the onboarding process
o Drive advisor adoption and client impact through ongoing customer support (e.g., via trainings, office hours, best practice sharing)
We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:
“Must Haves”:
o Bachelor’s Degree
o 1-4 years of relevant job experience
o Very well organized, with high attention to detail
o Highly comfortable driving outbound sales via multiple channels
o “Can do” attitude, high energy / commitment
o Good communicator (two way, listening and speaking/writing)
o Excellent PPT skills, able to build compelling slides
o Disciplined at using CRM to drive the sales and service pipelines
“Good To Haves:
o Master’s Degree
o Experience in wealth management and/or B2B SaaS technology businesses
o Expertise with PandaDocs, Chargebee, Notion, WordPress, Pipedrive
