We are looking for "Software Engineer (AIOps)" to join our core engineering team and help build the intelligent systems that power our document processing pipeline. You'll work on AI-driven automation workflows, cloud infrastructure, and data systems that extract, structure, and deliver insurance policy data at scale.

Who You Are?

Minimum 2 years of professional software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Python for backend development, scripting, and automation
Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Airflow, Prefect, Make, or similar tools)
Proficiency with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar) and prompt engineering for production use cases
Solid experience with cloud platforms — Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (compute, storage, networking, IAM)
Comfortable with Linux environments, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with databases — both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and data serialization/validation patterns
Experience with message brokers and event-streaming platforms — Kafka, Redis, and their cloud-native equivalents (Azure Service Bus, Google Cloud Pub/Sub)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote-first team
B2+ level English proficiency

The following qualifications are not mandatory but will be considered a strong advantage;

Experience building or optimizing RAG pipelines and agent architectures that integrate and reason over external knowledge sources
Background in document processing, OCR, or data extraction from unstructured sources
Familiarity with the insurance industry or fintech domain
Hands-on experience with n8n specifically, including custom node development
Knowledge of TypeScript / Node.js, Java

What You Will Do?

Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Python and workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Airflow, Prefect, Make, or similar tools) for insurance document processing
Build and optimize AI agent pipelines for extracting structured data from complex PDF documents
Develop and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and Google Cloud Platform
Design and maintain SQL and NoSQL database schemas for policy data, client records, and questionnaire systems
Integrate with third-party APIs, CRM/ERP systems, and internal microservices
Apply LLM APIs and prompt engineering to improve extraction accuracy, reliability, and processing speed
Collaborate with product and data teams to continuously improve pipeline performance
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the full stack
Contribute to architectural decisions and help define engineering best practices
