Key responsibilities:
- Redesign and develop innovative visual concepts to elevate design and enhance brand presence across diverse markets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Design and execute creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email templates, display ads, website elements, and interactive visuals tailored for various platforms.
- Creation of brand identities by designing logos, comprehensive style guides, and visual systems that reflect brand personality and resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all digital platforms, materials, and touchpoints.
- Produce high-quality motion graphics and basic video content to enhance campaign engagement (experience with tools like After Effects or Blender is an asset).
- Adapt and optimize designs for responsiveness across multiple devices and screen sizes, maintaining functionality and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with marketing objectives, campaign goals, and technical requirements.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback, data, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and optimization.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to every project.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Proficiency in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics using tools like After Effects or Blender is a strong advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital assets, and campaign design.
- Creative mindset with the ability to align design with strategic marketing goals.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong skills in layout, typography, and color to deliver polished and impactful designs.
