Role summary: The Influencer Marketing Manager shall develop and execute strategies to align influencers with brand goals, fostering partnerships, managing contracts, and integrating influencer content into campaigns as well as analysing performance, optimizing strategies, and managing budgets effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and brand objectives.
- Searching, identifying, onboarding and working with influencers, content creators, brand ambassadors, sport and art persons that align with the brand’s image and values.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers to foster loyalty and repeat collaborations.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of content with Social Media Manager to ensure it aligns with brand messaging.
- Identifying KPIs for campaigns, preparation of analytical reports as well as using analytical platforms to assess the quality of content creators and quality of marketing campaigs;
- Oversee the integration of influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.
- Understand client needs and preferences, tailoring influencer strategies to meet their objectives.
- Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Work closely with social media managers, and other marketing team members to integrate influencer marketing into broader digital strategies.
Your skills and competences:
- 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with influencers and clients.
- Analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Google docs and Excel.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging and innovative influencer campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including emerging trends and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in gambling, sports, crypto, forex would be an advantage.
- Full business proficiency in English language;
- Native or full business proficiency in Spanish language;
