We're looking for a particular kind of person.

Someone who's brilliant at what they do, but who leads with people first. Who can walk into a room with a client and make them feel properly understood, not just managed.

Someone who brings warmth and genuine curiosity to every relationship, who listens for what's actually going on, not just what's being asked for, and who clients trust enough to bring their real problems to.

But this is also a genuinely senior seat. You'd take full ownership of the strategy, the commercial relationship, the pricing conversations and the growth of one of the agency's biggest and most valued client accounts. No line management, but real authority, you're the most senior person in the room on your accounts.

This is a fast growing, independent performance marketing agency, specialising in Paid Social and PPC for ambitious, ecommerce led brands, and this role sits at the heart of their Client Strategy team, working alongside specialists across every channel.
