Advisor Jetpack is a growth and client-acquisition partner for fiduciary financial advisors, RIAs, and wealth management firms. They help advisory practices modernize how they attract and convert ideal clients through proven marketing systems, sales enablement, and advisor coaching. Their approach combines compliant, relationship-driven marketing with scalable acquisition infrastructure that helps advisors grow AUM while maintaining full ownership of their client databases.

Advisor Jetpack is not an agency doing one-off campaigns. They build repeatable growth engines for advisors and run high-performance systems internally to attract new advisor clients.

The Role

Own email and SMS marketing across two areas:

• Sales side: cold outbound and nurture sequences to source new advisor clients for AJ
• Client side: run email marketing campaigns for our advisor clients to help them generate more prospects. Overall campaigns, not custom individual.

Responsibilities

• Build and run cold outbound email and SMS campaigns to generate financial advisors prospects for AJ
• Build and run nurture sequences for AJ's sales teams prospect pipelines
• Build and run email and SMS campaigns for AJ to to drive prospects to our advisor clients calendars
• Manage deliverability: domain setup, warmup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP reputation, inbox placement
• Write copy for emails, SMS, subject lines, and CTAs
• Build segmentation across cold lists, AJ's CRM, and client-side audiences
• A/B test subject lines, copy, send times, offers, and channel mix
• Report weekly on opens, replies, click through, booked calls, and revenue contribution

Requirements

• 3 plus years B2B email marketing experience preferred
• Background at a high level coaching, info marketing, or B2B SaaS company
• Proven track record running successful cold outbound marketing at volume with strong deliverability
• Proven track record running successful email campaigns that drive measurable prospects and revenue results
• SMS marketing experience strongly preferred
• Hands on with cold email tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist)
• Hands on with tracking tools and CRM tools (Go High Level)
• Strong B2B copywriting with examples and metrics
• Self starter, ambitious and diligent in their work

Compensation & Logistics

• Base: $70K to $95K, OTE $110,000 annually
• Sales bonus: $200 per AJ client closed from email-sourced leads
• Client-side bonus: $2,500 per quarter for hitting client-side performance KPIs
• Total OTE bonus potential: $12K-$15K/year
• Full time, remote, US based or compatible time zone
• Reports to COO and CEO
