Belden’s Manager, Corporate Digital Marketing supports the strategy and execution of Belden's digital marketing campaigns with an emphasis on Account Based Marketing (ABM) and campaign performance analysis. This role drives demand and builds the Belden brand through targeted digital initiatives, collaborating with global teams. Strong campaign analytics, operations, and reporting skills are required, as is experience managing a variety of digital media channels. This role will report to the Director, Corporate Digital Marketing and will manage a small team of early-career talent.

What you will bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a similar field.
Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in the marketing field with a strong focus on digital campaign strategy and execution.
Desired Abilities and Skills:
Demonstrable expertise in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., website, social media, email, search, display).
Proven experience with 6sense or other comparable ABM platforms, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance reporting.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or other comparable MAP, including marketing automation, landing page creation, and lead nurturing.
Deep understanding of campaign analytics and reporting, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboarding is a plus.
Strong understanding of campaign operations and best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing and mentoring early career talent is preferred.
_Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $100,000 - $135,200 base salary, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
