Summary of Functions
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate B.E.S.T.’s brand presence, attract new clients, and support business growth. This role ensures all marketing campaigns—digital, print, and community outreach—are aligned with organizational goals and executed efficiently. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, results-oriented, and skilled at balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies to support client acquisition and brand awareness.
• Manage all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and content creation across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, clinical, sales) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and present data-driven recommendations.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, media, and industry organizations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise marketing team members or contractors.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, compliance standards, and emerging marketing tools.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role in healthcare, education, or service-based industries.
• Demonstrated success in digital marketing strategy and execution.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, paid ads, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Excellent understanding of brand management and content strategy.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with or supporting USA clients is a plus.
