Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will:

• Analyze Data for Insights: Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and trends.

• Conduct exploratory and statistical data analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

📂 Data Management & Quality

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Automate reports and build repeatable data processes.

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Present findings clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with data engineers and developers to improve data pipelines and accessibility.

Technical Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 3–6 years in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Tools: Proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Languages: Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred).
• Data Handling: Strong understanding of databases, joins, indexing, and data cleaning.
• Bonus: Familiarity with data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift), A/B testing, or Google Analytics.
