We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has deep expertise in Python development and wants to work on challenging projects that make a real impact. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Python applications and services. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Understanding of Python frameworks and libraries (such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (Visual Code, Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Github or other Git-type repository.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Exposure to AWS services and cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs), including experience with APIs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI integration patterns, prompt engineering, or building LLM-powered applications.

Resource Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to project requirements in collaboration with contract resources.
• Foster an environment that emphasizes collaboration and innovation.

Problem-Solving and Innovation

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Debug issues across the application stack.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Drive innovation by staying updated with industry trends and incorporating emerging technologies where applicable.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize the development cycle.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with Python and javascript. Familiarity with Angular.js is a plus.
• Experience in business solutions in healthcare, managed care, and/or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
