Your Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, You Are Responsible For

• Review briefs and create press ad layouts using available artwork templates
• Liaise with team members and client contacts to prepare proofs in line with deadlines
• Upload proofs to ClickUp for client review/approval
• Take feedback and implement changes to artwork, then self-check for accuracy Following client approval, prepare finished artwork files to supplied specifications
• Review creative briefs and deliver marketing campaigns that adhere to corporate brand guidelines
• Create and update various collateral such as brochures, whitepapers and infographics
• Prepare online imagery for social media platforms, websites and similar. Work in a highly process driven environment to agreed turnaround times and communicate any delays or issues well in advance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 to 5 years or more experience working design studios/advertising agencies.
• Degree or higher education in information technology, marketing or related
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma and any other design tools, productivity software like Slack and Click up or similar.
• Experience in designing press advertising, print production and any other marketing collaterals.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow creative briefs and brand style guides
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight turnaround times
• Ability to work independently but also get things done on a timely manner
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate, interact effectively at all levels and direct client collaboration, team communications
