Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, You Are Responsible For

• Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns
• Create, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
• Manage and improve Klaviyo email flows and customer segmentation
• Plan, build, and send monthly marketing emails
• Collaborate on home page banners and campaign landing pages
• Monitor and report on ad and email performance metrics
• Collaborate with the Content team on copywriting for email and ads
• Ensure customer journeys are aligned across channels
• Assist in coordinating seasonal and promotional campaigns

Top Competencies / Non-Negotiable

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the same field
• Experience with paid digital ads (Google & Meta)
• Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion tactics
• Basic copywriting and visual layout skills
• Comfortable with data and campaign analysis
