Your Role

As a Creative Designer, You Are Responsible For

• Design graphics and demonstrate an understanding of business needs and reflect in the design outcome.
• Effectively interpret the company’s business needs as outlined in creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual designs.
• Combine design theory and take into consideration content, structure, and usability issues to create a powerful and integrated design experience.
• Draft and video prototypes and produce formats according to technical requirements.
• Create designs including but not limited to video content, ebook and report design, and digital assets.
• Explain design concepts and manage design feedback.
• Work within project schedules and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure designs are consistent with the expectations and overall project goals.
• Identify design needs using a brief and convert the brief into a full design.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in graphic design and video content creation.
• Skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow creative briefs and brand style guides.
