We are helping our client, a leading video game developer and publisher hire a Marketing Specialist. You will work closely with the Brand Manager in delivering extraordinary esports marketing experiences to players.
You’ll manage relationships with external production and creative agencies and with regional esports leads across the globe. You’ll oversee the workflow of multiple projects, stewarding brand strategy and creative vision along the production and deployment process.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm marketing experiences that bring our strategy to life. Work together with a world-class team of creative and production professionals in unearthing the ideas that will evolve into unforgettable milestones for esports fans everywhere.
- Review content, scripts, and marketing assets, and deliver actionable feedback to preserve the tactics’ alignment with the a) creative brief, b) core brand and tone, and c) the best practices for each channel.
- Collect feedback from a multitude of collaborators, subject matter experts, advisers, teams, and executives, across all divisions of the company and distill it into specific, actionable direction for vendors and partner teams.
- Craft engaging copy that will spark conversations and delight thousands of fans on our digital esports channels.
- Liaise with the various functions and disciplines of the organization as well as outside partners, representing the needs of the Campaign and helping to ensure the production and deployment faithfully reflect the brand and creative strategy.
- Support operations for the team. When it’s time to have a brainstorming session, a Stakeholder meeting, or an asset review, it's your job to make sure the right people are in the right place with the right tools at the right time.

Qualifications
- Have 3+ years of planning and/or creative experience in an integrated or digital marketing firm or advertising agency or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably social copy.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
